How It Works

Wingz Ecosystem

Partners

Our partners today are primarily NEMT Brokers who serve as an intermediary between us and the  payor. The payor is the entity ultimately responsible for covering or reimbursing the cost of healthcare services and includes insurance companies, government programs (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare) and employers.

Credentialed Drivers

Our drivers are independent contractors who come to our platform to earn a flexible living while also helping those in need.

Riders

Our riders are more commonly referred to as members (in reference to being members of an insurance plan such as Medicaid) or patients and look to Wingz to go to and from medical appointments.
